Camp Naru 2026
Camper Eligibility (2026 Season)- Open to students currently in 3rd through 10th grade. Applicants must be 9 years old by August 9, 2026.
Dates – Camp will run Sunday, August 9 – Saturday, August 15, 2026
Application – Camper Application opens to the public on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST.
Fees – The enrollment fee is $1,700 per camper. This fee includes round trip bus transportation, meals, activities, and lodging for your camper.
Family Discounts – Camp Naru offers a family discount for siblings, including campers, counselors, and CITs. After the first participant, each additional sibling receives $100 off.
Example: A family with three children (one counselor, two campers) receives a total of $200 off.
Scholarships
Camp Naru is committed to being accessible and inclusive for all Korean American youth, regardless of financial circumstances. Each year, we aim for 20% of our campers to attend Camp Naru with the support of scholarships, ensuring that every Korean American youth who wants a Camp Naru experience has the opportunity to participate.
Families who need financial assistance are strongly encouraged to apply. If cost is a concern or if you’re unsure whether you qualify, please reach out.
To apply for financial assistance, please complete the scholarship form after submitting your camper/CIT application.

- Application & Scholarship Deadline: Monday, February 2, 2026
- Interviews: Week of February 9, 2026
Campers
- Application Period: February 11, 2026 (12:00 PM ET) – February 16, 2026 (12:00 PM ET)
- Scholarship Application Deadline: February 17, 2026
- Enrollment and Scholarship Decisions: Sent by February 24, 2026
Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated financial need and essay response.
Awards may be full or partial, depending on need and available funds.
All applicants will be notified by email once decisions are finalized.

Support Our Camper Community – If you’d like to support our scholarship fund, your donation goes directly toward helping a child experience Camp Naru. A gift of $1,700 provides a full scholarship, but contributions of any amount—from $5 to $500—help expand access for more families.
